Wiri Licensing Trust is getting behind the Middlemore Foundation’s Jammies for June initiative, which aims to warm up winter for 20,000 children. And you can join in with some special events at Woodside Restaurant and Bar.

The Trust and the team at Professional Visa Solutions, one of our fabulous commercial tenants, are each making a $500 donation to this great cause – that’s $1000 to buy about 80 new pairs of pyjamas! These pyjamas will be gifted to children at Kidz First Hospital or those who attend one of the 76 primary schools the Middlemore Foundation supports through the Mana Kidz School Health programme

Dame Valerie Adams is the ambassador for the campaign, which is aimed at lowering the number of children admitted to Kids First with respiratory illnesses.

Inder Singh, Managing Director of PVS, is proud to partner with Wiri Licensing Trust to support Dame Valerie Adams and the Middlemore Foundation to warm up winter for kids in need. “Through our business, we meet a number of families in need, and we are passionate about supporting projects that give anyone a hand up in their hour of need. Let there be no kid without jammies this winter.”

Wiri Licensing Trust General Manager Kim Green says the organisation is always eager to help drive wellbeing initiatives for families in the area. “We are delighted to be able to donate to the 2025 campaign and act as a drop-off point for Jammies in June.”

How to get involved in Jammies for June

Head to Woodside Restaurant and Bar, the Trust’s flagship hospitality venue, in June and you will be able to swap a pair of new children’s pyjamas for a child’s meal. So if you have two kids, bring two pairs of pyjamas!

You can also head to Woodside’s PJ Party, which takes place on Friday, 27 June. The entry fee is either a gold coin or a pair of children’s pyjamas. There will be lots of winter warmer drinks available and a prize for the best PJ outfit seen on the night.

Or drop pyjamas for the Middlemore campaign at Wiri Trust House, 3 Ronwood Avenue, from 8.30am to 12 noon from Monday to Friday.
