The Wiri Licensing Trust area is home to countless incredible individuals who generously give their time and skills to make our neighbourhood a better place to live, work, and play.

These local heroes have a remarkable impact on our clubs, sports organisations, schools, and other community groups.

We believe it’s time to shine a spotlight on these dedicated people and publicly recognise their contributions. To make this happen, we’re forming a working group to explore how best to honour their efforts—whether through an awards programme or another initiative.

We’re looking for community representatives to join this working group and help us develop a way to celebrate the stalwarts who give so much to our local area.
